Security Analyst Training is an independent reference for people training for SOC and security analyst roles in the United States. It compares certifications and practice platforms on facts taken from each provider's official pages, and offers a planner that sequences them for different starting points.
Who runs it
The site is published by Security Analyst Training as an organisation. It does not have a staff of named writers, and its content has not been reviewed by a certified security professional. We have not taken the courses or sat the exams compared here, so nothing on the site describes personal experience of them.
How the information is collected
For every fact we record the official page it came from and the date we checked it. Pages are saved at the time of checking so a later change can be traced. Where a provider does not publish a figure, shows conflicting figures, or loads it in a way we could not capture, we say so rather than fill the gap from resellers or memory. How the site is funded
The site currently carries no advertising, no sponsored placements and no affiliate links. If affiliate links are added in future, they will be labelled where they appear, explained on a disclosure page, and will not change which options are listed or how they are described. We will never accept payment to include or rank a product.
